We are thrilled to announce the 5th season of Basketball at Royal Ottawa Sports. This session is for recreational basketball – Intermediate level!

Venue: Frank Ryan High School
Day: Thursdays
Time: 8pm-10pm (2hrs)
Duration: 1Sept’25 to May’26 (31-35 sessions)
Early Bird Registration: $120 (limited spots)
Regular Registration: $135
Late Registration: $150

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis- take advantage of Early Bird.
This will give you access to 31-35 sessions on Thursday only, 8-10 pm at Frank Ryan High School Gym. Any cancellation by the school can not be substituted with another session.
- A detailed schedule will be provided later. During the month of Ramadan, sessions will only be held if there is sufficient interest from the players.

Membership is not transferable to another day or another player.

Drop-ins for guests & other day members are welcome on ‘request’ only with a drop-in fee $7. Please send your drop-in request to the organizers 24 hours before.

No walk-ins are allowed (ONLY approved guests and members are allowed in the gym)

Please note indoor court shoes (non-marking) are mandatory.

ROS is a club run by members for members, so everyone’s collaboration will make it a success! 🙂
Additional Important Guidelines:
• Bringing Guests: Members may invite guests to play if space allows. All guests must be approved and added to the weekly list. Please contact us early in the week to request.
• Weekly Sign-Up: All players, including regulars and approved guests, must be on the official weekly list. This helps us manage numbers and make sure games run smoothly.
• Guests must pay upon sign-up; players who won’t pay upon sign-up may not be guaranteed a spot.
